Terms of Service

1. Introduction

   These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and the company ("Company" or "ExpressGlobal") regarding your use of the Pinoy Perks application ("Service" or "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Use of Service

   2.1 Registration

   • Registration is free.
   • Members must provide accurate and complete information and promptly update it if there are any changes.
   • If the information provided during registration is inaccurate or incomplete, service usage may be restricted.

   2.2 Account Security

   • Members are responsible for managing their accounts securely.
   • Sharing accounts or allowing unauthorized use is prohibited.
   • If account theft or unauthorized use is detected, the Company must be notified immediately.

3. Pinoy Perks Program

   3.1 Accumulation and Usage

   • Users can earn reward points ("Points") through various activities.
   • Activities eligible for earning Points include using the app, participating in specific events, and purchasing partner products.
   • Earned Points can be exchanged or used as designated by the Company.

   3.2 Validity of Points

   • Points are valid for one year from the date of accumulation. Points will automatically expire after their validity period.
   • Points cannot be exchanged for cash.

   3.3 Restrictions on Points

   • Points earned through fraudulent means may be invalidated, and the related account may be suspended.
   • Specific conditions and restrictions for using rewards will be announced within the App.

4. User Obligations

   • Users must comply with laws and these Terms when using the Service.
   • Illegal activities, infringement of others' rights, and fraudulent activities are prohibited.
   • Conduct that causes discomfort or harm to others during service use is prohibited.

5. Privacy Protection

   • The Company values users' privacy and protects it in accordance with relevant laws.
   • Details on the privacy policy can be found within the App.

6. Service Use Restrictions and Termination

   • If a user violates these Terms, the Company may restrict service use or terminate the account.
   • The Company may change or discontinue the service without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

   • The Company is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to the provision of the Service.
   • All risks and responsibilities associated with the use of the Service are borne by the user.

8. Dispute Resolution

   • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
   • In the event of a dispute, the Company and the user will strive to resolve it through sincere consultation. If no agreement is reached, the Seoul Central District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

9. Changes to Terms

   • The Company may change these Terms as necessary, and the revised Terms will be announced within the App.
   • The revised Terms will take effect seven days after the announcement. If the user does not agree to the revised Terms, they may delete their account and stop using the Service.
