Terms of Use

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") are intended to specify the terms and conditions and other necessary matters concerning the use of the services provided by the Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") between Express Global Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and the Customer.

Article 2 (Definitions)

As used in these Terms, the following terms have the following definitions

① "User" refers to members and non-members who access the Company's services and use the content provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.

② "Member" means a person who has signed a use contract with the Company and created a member account in order to receive the services provided by the Company.

③ "Member Account" refers to the unique identification number assigned to each Member.

④ "Non-member" means a person who uses the Service without creating a member account.

⑤ "Password" means a string of at least 8 characters and a combination of at least 3 types of English uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters that the Member has determined to confirm that the Member is the owner of the account created by the Member.

⑥ "PIN" means a six-digit combination of numbers determined by the Member as a simple means of identification in place of a password.

⑦ "Recovery phrase" refers to a combination of 12 words required to recover your account, which is randomly generated at the time of account creation.

⑧ "Post" means information in the form of symbols, text, voice, sound, image, video, etc. posted by the user on the Service while using the Service, such as text, photos, videos, and various files and links.

⑨ "Termination" refers to the termination of the Use Agreement by the Company or the Member.

⑩ "Points" are data on the Service that are credited to the System when a Member completes certain actions in accordance with Article 14.

⑪ "Affiliate Content" refers to paid or unpaid content that the Company provides to Members through partnerships with external companies.

Section 3 (Posting and Revision of the Terms)

① The Company shall make the contents of these Terms and Conditions easily visible to members through the initial screen of the Service's website and the connection screen within the mobile app.

② The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that it does not violate applicable laws.

③ If the Company revises the Terms, it shall specify the date of application and the reason for the revision, and notify the current Terms together with the pop-up screen on the initial screen of the service website from 7 days before the date of application to the day before the date of application.

④ If the Member uses the Service after the Effective Date pursuant to the preceding paragraph, the Member shall be deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms. If the member does not agree to the revised terms, the member may terminate the use agreement at. The Company is not responsible for any damage caused by not knowing the information about the changed Terms.

Section 4 (Interpretation of Terms)

Any matter or interpretation not provided for in these Terms shall be governed by applicable law or general practice.

Article 5 (Entering into a Service Use Agreement)

① The Use Agreement is concluded when a person who wishes to become a member (hereinafter referred to as the "Member") agrees to the contents of the Terms and Conditions, applies for membership, and the Company approves such application.

② Users who wish to register as a member and use the Service shall provide their personal information as requested by the Company in order to conduct the Company's business. However, the information provided by the member shall be managed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

③ The company may differentiate the use of service menus, etc. depending on the users who use the service.

④ In principle, the Company shall approve the use of the Service upon the application of the applicant. However, the Company may not approve the application falling under any of the following items or may terminate the use contract afterward.

  1. You are not your real name or are using someone else's name in the course of the Company's business that requires identification as required by law.
  2. Provide false information or fail to provide any information required by the Company.
  3. You intend to use the Service for the purpose of committing a criminal offense as defined by law.
  4. If a child under the age of 14 is performing tasks that require identification as required by law in the course of the Company's business and does not have the consent of a legal representative (parent, etc.).
  5. Intend to use the Service for any other purpose that is contrary to law.

⑤ Depending on the type of member, the Company may request real name verification and identity verification through a professional organization.

⑥ If the Company does not approve or reserves membership, the Company shall notify the applicant.

⑦ The Company may withhold acceptance if there are insufficient service-related facilities or technical or business problems.

⑧ The use contract shall be concluded when the Company indicates the completion of the subscription in the application process.

Article 6 (Change of Member Information)

① Members may view and modify their membership information at any time through the Service. However, the Member's account cannot be changed.

② The member is responsible for the content of the information registered by the member, and the Company shall not be liable for any disadvantages arising therefrom.

Section 7 (Privacy Obligations)

The Company is committed to protecting the personal information of its members in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The protection and use of personal information is governed by applicable laws and the Company's Privacy Policy. However, the Company's Privacy Policy does not apply to linked sites other than the Company's official site.

Section 8 (Notices to Members)

① When the Company notifies the Member for the smooth use of the Service, it may be delivered through the notification function in the Service, telephone, text message, e-mail, etc.

② The Company may substitute the notice in Paragraph 1 above by posting on the service notice board for more than 5 days in the case of notice to all members.

Article 9 (Company's Obligations)

① The Company shall not engage in any acts prohibited by applicable laws and these Terms and Conditions or contrary to public order and morals, and shall do its best to provide the Service continuously and stably.

② The Company shall repair or restore the facilities without delay in the event of a failure in order to provide continuous and stable services.

③ The Company shall have a security system to protect personal information (including credit information) so that members can use the Service safely, and shall disclose and comply with the Privacy Policy.

④ The Company shall handle any opinions or complaints raised by members regarding the use of the Service if they are deemed justified.

Article 10 (Members' Duties and Rights)

① Members are responsible for managing their passwords, PINs, and recovery phrases, and must not allow third parties to use them.

② If you become aware that your account has been compromised or is being used by a third party, you must immediately notify the Company and follow the Company's instructions.

③ Members shall comply with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Korea.

④ Members must not engage in the following behaviors

  1. False registration of information provided in the Service
  2. Stealing someone else's information
  3. Changes to information published by the company
  4. Transmitting or publishing information other than the information specified by the Company
  5. Infringement of intellectual property rights, including copyrights, of the Company and other third parties
  6. Damage the reputation or disrupt the work of the Company and other third parties
  7. Disclose or post obscene or violent messages, images, audio, or other information on the Services that is contrary to good taste or public policy
  8. Use the Services for profit without the Company's consent
  9. Collect or store other users' personal information without Company authorization
  10. Other illegal or unfair conduct

⑤ The Member shall comply with the relevant laws, the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, the instructions for use and precautions notified in connection with the Service, and matters notified by the Company.

⑥ The member may apply for termination of the use contract at any time, and the company shall immediately process it in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.

⑦ Upon termination of the above, any remaining bonus, points, coupons, and other benefit information will be immediately destroyed, and other personal information will be destroyed in accordance with the Company's "Privacy Policy".

⑧ The Company shall not be liable for any damages caused to the Member due to the deletion of information related to the use of affiliate contents due to termination.

Article 11 (Provision of Services, etc.)

① The Service shall be operated 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, unless there is a special obstacle due to the Company's business or technology. However, the Service may be suspended on a day or time determined by the Company for regular maintenance, expansion and replacement of the system, and the suspension of the Service due to scheduled work will be announced in advance through the Service page.

② The Company may temporarily suspend the Service without notice due to unavoidable reasons such as urgent system maintenance, emergency, etc. and may notify you afterward.

③ The Company may divide the Service into certain ranges and specify separate availability times for each range. However, in such cases, the Company will notify you in advance.

Section 12 (Modification of the Services)

① The Company may change all or some of the services it provides for operational or technical needs if there are substantial reasons.

② The Company may modify, discontinue, change, or delete some or all of the Services due to changes in the Company's policies or to provide higher quality services.

③ The Company shall notify the members in advance of any changes that may cause serious disadvantages to the members due to modification, deletion, etc. of the Service.

Article 13 (Provision of Information and Placement of Advertisements)

① The Company may provide various information deemed necessary by the Member during the use of the Service to the Member through the announcement and notification function or by telephone, text message, e-mail, etc.

② The Company may display advertisements on the service screen, text messages, e-mails, etc. Members may refuse to receive text messages, e-mails, etc. containing advertisements from the Company.

③ The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising as a result of the Member's participation in, or communication or transaction with, any advertiser's promotional activities listed on or through the Service.

④ The Company may request additional personal information with the consent of the Member for the purpose of improving the Service and introducing the Service to the Member.

Article 14 (Accrual of Points)

① Members earn points in the following cases.

  1. You have completed certain actions to activate the service, such as engaging with the service, viewing an ad, etc.
  2. As part of a promotion to recruit new members

② You can check your accumulated points on the 'Point History' screen by tapping Points on the home screen of the service.

③ If there is a discrepancy between the number of points entered on the server and the number of points on the client, it is always based on the number on the server, and the difference in point accumulation due to asynchronization between the server and the client cannot be corrected.

④ The member is responsible for any taxes and fees incurred in connection with the accumulation of points.

⑤ Points may not be transferred, inherited, loaned, or pledged, except as authorized by the Company.

⑥ Points are awarded based on the following criteria

  1. Point acquisition criteria may be changed by the Company without notice in accordance with the Service Operation Policy.

Article 15 (Use of Affiliate Content)

① Members can use their accumulated points to convert to G-cash or purchase various products from the service's affiliated partners.

② The contents of the affiliate content may change depending on the negotiations with other companies. The amount of affiliate content used and purchased is calculated in consideration of the amount of supply from affiliates, payment fees, and operating costs, so it may differ from the existing sales price.

③ In the case of affiliate content used in the field, such as coffee and convenience stores, the company is deemed to have legally completed the fulfillment by sending the corresponding barcode to the member's mobile device.

④ Coupons purchased within the service cannot be refunded due to the member's simple change of mind.

⑤ The Company shall not be held liable in the event of a dispute related to the use of affiliated contents, if the explicit responsibility lies with the affiliated company.

Article 16 (Correction, Cancellation and Lapses of Points)

① If an error occurs in the accumulation of points, the member may request the Company to correct the error within 30 days from the date of the error, and the Company shall correct the error within 30 days from the date of the request if it is confirmed to be a legitimate request.

② If you do not watch ads or earn points for more ads than you watch, such as by changing clients, hacking, macros, etc.

③ If, in the course of the transaction between the Company and the Advertiser, the payment of advertising fees becomes impossible due to the Advertiser's bankruptcy or insolvency, the Company may cancel the points accumulated for such advertisement, and the Advertiser shall be responsible for the same. In this case, the Company may provide compensation points to the Member in the range of 10% or less of the canceled points.

④ Points that are not redeemed within 36 months from the date they were earned will be forfeited.

Article 17 (Restriction of Use, etc.)

The Company may restrict the use of the Service without prior notice if the Member violates the obligations of the Terms or falls under any of the following paragraphs.

① Interfering with the normal operation of the service

② Violation of applicable laws, such as identity theft and payment theft, copyright laws and interference with the provision and operation of illegal programs, illegal communication and hacking, distribution of malicious programs, excessive use of access rights, etc.

③ Harm or intentionally interfere with the Services.

④ Points were obtained or redeemed in a fraudulent manner.

⑤ Threatening the order of electronic transactions, such as interfering with other members' use of the service.

⑥ Impersonating a company, operator, employee, etc. outside of the Service

⑦ Threatened the system, such as making unauthorized changes to the company's client programs or hacking into the server.

⑧ Dissemination of falsehoods, hierarchy, or other methods that damage the Company's honor or reputation or interfere with its business.

⑨ Spammy promotional activities about the Service

⑩ Violation of other regulations and conditions of use set by the Company, including these Terms and Conditions.

Section 18 (Disclaimers and Indemnification)

① The Company shall be exempted from liability for providing the Service if it is unable to provide the Service due to natural disasters or equivalent force majeure.

② The Company shall not be liable for any disruption or damage to the use of the Service caused by reasons attributable to the Member.

③ The Company is not responsible for the reliability, accuracy, etc. of the information, materials, facts, etc. posted by the Member in connection with the Service.

④ The Company shall be exempted from liability in the event of transactions between members or between members and third parties through the Service.

⑤ The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the Member in connection with the use of free services unless otherwise provided by applicable law. The Company shall also not be liable for any damages incurred by the Member in connection with the use of free services.

⑥ If the Company enters into an affiliation agreement with an individual service provider and provides individual services to the Member, and the Member agrees to the terms and conditions of the individual service, the individual service provider shall be liable if damages are caused by reasons attributable to the individual service provider.

⑦ The Company shall be exempted from liability in the event of damage caused by the telecommunications service provider's suspension or failure to provide telecommunications services normally.

⑧ The Company is exempted from liability for damages caused by unavoidable reasons such as repair, replacement, regular inspection, and construction of facilities for the Service.

⑨ The Company is not responsible for the contents of any information, materials, etc. posted by members on the Service.

Section 18 (Dispute Resolution)

① The Company shall prioritize the handling of complaints and opinions submitted by members. However, if it is difficult to process promptly, the Company will notify the member of the reason and the processing schedule.

② If any matters not specified in these Terms are stipulated in the relevant laws and regulations, they shall be governed by them.

③ If a lawsuit is filed for a dispute arising from the use of the Service, the court in accordance with the procedures prescribed by law shall be the competent court.
